I am sorry if I am too bold, but this really is frustrating. I just posted a review of a Big Pilot having the very same problem: the crown pops out.
The story is this: as soon as I received it, I gave it a few whirls just to put it in motion again. It's an automatic, by the way, so it's somewhat normal to receive it “frozen”. After it started ticking (or sweeping if you prefer), I unscrewed the crown, gently pulled it out and, as you can see, pulled out it remained. This time, I didn't even try to push it back in.
The watch kept on going, even without the crown in its right place, so I can give you a few other details about it, like the pushers being somewhat useless.
Aesthetics-wise, this Montblanc replica is not bad at all. The case is stain-free, scratch-free and the dial is nice and clean. If the crown wouldn't had popped out like that, I'd call this a good Montblanc replica. But that's not the case.

The homepage look decent, nothing too kitschy, even if it is a little bit crowded. They have five featured categories presented here, making me think they “specialize” in these. I'm really sick and tired of hearing this over and over again. Anyone who owns or who has ever owned a watch knows exactly how to set the time. I can't imagine anyone getting the pliers and pulling like there's no tomorrow just to set the time and date on a watch.
Long story short, they agreed to send me a refund, but not a complete refund, as stated on the website. I had to pay for the shipping back to them part.

The pros here are that the merchandise is cheap and you can get a refund (most of the time I think), but the cons really outweigh them.
